Aurum and FATCA

The U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”) entered into force on 1 July 2014. In conjunction with FATCA, all the Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories have entered into automatic tax information exchange agreements with the U.K.

Aurum is committed to ensuring that each entity within the Aurum group, regardless of its jurisdiction of domicile, complies fully with the above tax information sharing arrangements in addition to any other arrangements that may apply to it in the future. Aurum operates an open and transparent policy with regard to all tax matters and, in furtherance of this policy, set out below are the details for each member of the Aurum group and their associated FATCA registration numbers.
